Floranthropy is philanthropy through flowers - spreading joy, kindness and love through the simple act of giving flowers.
A Christian-based, charitable organization, Floranthropy was established in 2010.
We work with brides, event planners and florists to collect the flowers that remain from various celebrations and repurpose, refresh and deliver to area assisted living homes, hospitals and other charitable organizations.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ARRANGEMENTS WITHOUT REPURPOSING THEM?
Each year, hundreds of thousands of pounds and millions of dollars worth of floral arrangements from events are thrown away after the event ends.

HOW DO FLOWERS HELP OTHERS?
Flowers have been proven to improve emotional health.
A study out of Rutgers University showed that the presence of flowers "triggers happy emotions, heightens feelings of life satisfaction and affects social behavior in a positive manner far beyond what is normally believed."
HOW DOES SCHEDULING WORK?
Fill out and submit the form associated with the location of your event (Texas or Phoenix).
The form requires a Floral Invoice to be submitted. It can be an Image (screenshot, JPG) or a Document (PDF, Word doc). Please highlight what is going to be donated.
After you submit the form with the required information, a Team Member will contact you via email to confirm availability and for more information on point of contact, pick-up times, transportation, and fees.
ARE THERE ANY FEES?
There is a $175 base fee.
All other subsequent fees are based off of the size and value of your pick-up.
